About R-VMC
Re-Vision Management Consulting was founded in 2018 on a simple premise: internal audit work doesn’t have to come with staffing games, a training burden, or inflated pricing.
Over eight years later, that’s still what we do. We send senior US-based consultants into internal audit, SOX, and IT audit engagements, and we price the work at a fixed fee you know before we start, not by the hour and not by the brand on the invoice.
Founder
Thomas Mullinnix
Thomas has spent over 19 years in internal audit, SOX compliance, IT audit, and SOC advisory. Before founding R-VMC, he held roles across consulting firms and industry, building a career that spans the full range of what internal audit looks like at companies of every size.
He started R-VMC because he kept seeing the same pattern from the buyer’s seat: clients paying premium rates for junior consultants who needed to be trained, walked through the environment, and managed by the very team that hired them for help.
R-VMC was built to be the firm Thomas would have wanted to hire.
The team
Senior. US-based. No exceptions.
R-VMC’s consultants average 15+ years of experience in internal audit. The minimum to work for us is eight. Many come from Big Four backgrounds. Many more come from industry, having sat in the seat of the people they now consult for.
Every consultant lives and works in the United States. We don’t use offshore or near-shore resources. When you hire R-VMC, you know exactly who is doing the work and where they’re doing it from.

Four things, plainly.
Senior people do better work.
A consultant with 15 years of experience finds the issue that a consultant with three years of experience misses. That’s why our clients keep coming back.
You should know the price before we start.
SOX and IT testing is priced per control and per system. AI governance reviews are priced in three fixed tiers. The price only changes if the scope does, and any change is agreed in writing first.
The person who sells the work should deliver the work.
Every R-VMC engagement runs through Thomas. There’s no account team layer between the relationship and the delivery.
Internal audit deserves better tools, too.
