Re-Vision Management Consulting was founded in 2018 on a simple premise: internal audit work doesn’t have to come with the staffing games, the training burden, or the inflated pricing charged by other firms.

Over eight years later, that’s still what we do. We send senior US-based consultants into internal audit and SOX engagements at public companies, and we charge a rate that reflects the work, not the brand on the invoice.

Thomas Mullinnix

Thomas has spent over 19 years in internal audit, SOX compliance, IT audit, and SOC advisory. Before founding R-VMC, he held roles across consulting firms and industry, building a career that spans the full range of what internal audit looks like at companies of every size.

He started R-VMC because he kept seeing the same pattern from the buyer’s seat: clients paying premium rates for junior consultants who needed to be trained, walked through the environment, and managed by the very team that hired them for help.

R-VMC was built to be the firm Thomas would have wanted to hire.

The Team

Senior. US-based. No exceptions.

R-VMC’s consultants average 15+ years of experience in internal audit. The minimum to work for us is eight. Many come from Big Four backgrounds. Many more come from industry, having actually sat in the seat of the people they’re now consulting to.

Every consultant lives and works in the United States. We don’t use offshore resources. We don’t use near-shore resources. When you hire R-VMC, you know exactly who is doing the work and where they’re doing it from.
